Pat Conroy has worked in business bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters and now helps businesses in a variety of areas including commercial leases, business formations, and trademark protection. He is a high honors graduate of the University of Texas Law School and clerked at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas in San Antonio. He obtained his Texas law license in 2006, and he is admitted to practice in the U.S. district and bankruptcy courts for the Southern and Western districts.

Before he practiced law, Pat was Vice President and Chief Technology officer of MTI Technology, a publicly traded $200MM company and helped a Silicon Valley startup get off the ground on Sand Hill Road. Pat has an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and MS (Computer Science) and BS (Computer Engineering) degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
